Gwendolyn Williams has been working at the Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County since August 2000, holding titles such as One Solution Application Specialist and PC Applications Specialist/Altiris Administrator. Prior to this, Gwendolyn worked at Wayn-Tex Inc from 1997 to 2000 as a PC Specialist. Gwendolyn received their Associates degree in Administrative Assistant from ECPI University in 1997. Gwendolyn is known for their problem solving skills, troubleshooting abilities, and developing strong customer and vendor relationships.
