Rebecca Peters

Rebecca Peters is a Research Adviser at CIPD since October 2019, with previous experience as a Consultant at Shine Workplace Wellbeing and as a Research Associate at both AFFINITY HEALTH AT WORK LTD and Kingston Business School, Kingston University. Rebecca began their career as an Intern at The Chemistry Group and worked as a Clinician at Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes. Rebecca holds an MSc in Occupational & Business Psychology from Kingston University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from St Mary's University.
