Matthew Hayden has worked for a number of companies, beginning with the United States Marine Corps in 1998. With them, they held the role of 1st Battalion, 11th Marines. Since then, they have worked at the State of California between 2006 and 2018, in the role of State of California. After this, they held a role at Sylabs Inc. as Project Manager/Contract Compliance Officer between 2018-2020, followed by three roles at Ctrl IQ between 2020-present, namely Customer Success Advocate, Project Manager/Contract Compliance, and Strategy Architect.
Matthew Hayden received an Associate's degree in Police Science from FLC/ARC.
