Zia Rahman has a strong work experience in the IT industry, with a focus on leadership and strategy roles. Zia co-founded CirrusLabs in 2006 and served as the Founder and CEO for the company. In 2017, they co-founded Octave Holdings and Investments, where they held the position of Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer. Prior to that, Zia worked for Infotech Prism, LLC dba CirrusLabs as a Founder and CEO in 2006. Before founding their own companies, Zia worked as a Solutions Architect and Business Consultant for a period of five years. Zia started their career in 1997 at Computer Enterprises Inc. as an Informix/Endura Consultant, gaining valuable technical expertise.
Zia Rahman completed their Executive MBA degree from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B Engineering) specializing in Electronics and Telecommunication from Karnatak University from 1990 to 1994. Moreover, Zia attended St Pius X High School, but no specific dates or degrees were given for this educational experience.
