Dan joined Cirtronics at the beginning of 2023, bringing over 25 years of extensive financial, analytical, and leadership experience in various industries – including transportation, software, and medical devices.
Dan is responsible for all corporate-level business and financial strategy and implementation including managing the finances, finance department, and regulatory reporting. Cirtronics is both privately held and an ESOP (employee owned) company. Dan oversees all fiduciary commitments, including ongoing transparent communication to their employee-owners, ensuring and supporting their culture of openness.
Dan received his BS in Finance from Western International University, as well as his MBA in International Management from University of Phoenix.
