Cristen Winegrad has over 13 years of experience in acquisition and resource management within the federal sector. Currently serving as the Deputy Branch Chief for Capacity Building Acquisition and Budget at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency since February 2016, Cristen supports the mission of the branch by providing comprehensive acquisition and budget assistance. Previously, Cristen held the position of Executive Officer at the General Services Administration, advising on key management policies and overseeing agency initiatives. Additional roles at GSA included IT Project Manager and Contract Specialist, focusing on large IT acquisitions for various government entities. Cristen earned a Bachelor of Science in Business/Managerial Economics from Penn State University in 2010.
