CISSS of Montérégie-Ouest
Julie Keays has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Conseillère en ressources humaines- gestionnaire de projets/expérience employé at CISSS de la Montérégie-Ouest since January 2008. Previous roles include HR marketing specialist and human resources agent-recruitment at the same organization, as well as a human resources technician at Les Plats du Chef from July 2005 to May 2007. Julie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal (2003-2010) and a short graduate program in Human Resources Management from Université TÉLUQ (2019-2021). Additionally, Julie is pursuing a College Diploma in Travel Counselling at Algonquin Careers Academy, which began in 2014.

The Integrated Health and Social Services Center of Montérégie-Ouest is the result of the amalgamation of four health and social services centers (CSSS) as well as five rehabilitation centers.
