Jim Mortimer

Jim Mortimer is the Chief Counsel at First Citizens Bank, responsible for providing legal support in commercial matters. Prior to their current role, Jim served as the Senior Vice President at CIT Group Inc. where Jim held the positions of Chief Counsel for CIT Business Capital and CIT Commercial Services. With a J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a B.A. in History from the same institution, Jim Mortimer is well-equipped to handle a wide range of legal and financial responsibilities in the banking industry.
