Rachel Cathey

Rachel Cathey serves as Assistant Vice President of Corporate FP&A at CIT since May 2020, previously holding the position of Senior Financial Analyst. Prior experience includes Manager of Strategic Initiatives at Station Athletics, where responsibilities encompassed leading project management strategies, conducting management team meetings, and overseeing financial reporting and human resources functions. Rachel began the finance career in CIT's Financial Development Program from 2015 to 2017, completing roles in pricing, accounting, treasury, and SEC reporting. Initial experiences included internships at CIT and the University of North Florida, contributing to financial database creation and job placement research. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of North Florida, earned in 2014.
