Wenhua (Wendy) Ju has extensive work experience in quantitative research, finance, and academia. Wenhua(Wendy) started their career as a Summer Associate at Goldman Sachs in 2015. In 2016, they joined Goldman Sachs again as an Associate and worked until 2017. During their time at Goldman Sachs, they gained valuable experience in the financial industry. In 2017, they began working at Citadel Securities as a Quantitative Researcher, where they currently work. Prior to their experience in finance, Wendy worked at Princeton University from 2011 to 2016. Wenhua(Wendy) served as a Research Assistant, conducting numerical simulations on Magnetic Hydrodynamics of Accretion Disks under the guidance of Professor James M. Wenhua(Wendy) also worked as an Assistant Instructor during their time at Princeton. Wendy's diverse background and expertise make their a well-rounded professional in the fields of finance and academia.

Wenhua(Ju) Wendy commenced their academic journey in 2007 at Peking University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Astronomy and Astrophysics. After successfully completing their undergraduate studies, Wendy furthered their education by enrolling in Princeton University from 2011 to 2016. During this time, they diligently pursued their passion and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Astrophysics.
