Donna Gordon

Donna Gordon currently serves as the Managing Director and Global Head of Regulatory Response and Oversight at Citi, a position held since September 2021. Prior to this role, Donna was the Vice President of Enterprise Legal Risk and Business, Risk & Controls Management at USAA from October 2018 to September 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as Deputy General Counsel and Senior Vice President in the Global Internal Investigations Group at HSBC from September 2011 to October 2018, as well as a Legal Consultant in the Office of General Counsel. Donna's legal career began as a Partner at Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP (1997-2012) and continued at Reed Smith LLP (2012-2013). Donna holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Psychology from Rutgers University.
