Sandeep B.

Sandeep B. has extensive experience in digital client experience and project management across prominent financial institutions. Currently serving as the Head of Digital Client Experience at Citi since June 2022, Sandeep also holds the position of Portfolio Lead for Data, Digital & Innovation. Prior to this role, Sandeep was a Senior Project Manager at HSBC from March 2020 to June 2022 and worked with Deloitte Consulting as a Project Manager and Business Analyst from January 2018 to March 2020. Sandeep's earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Project Manager and Business Analyst at Société Générale, as well as a Senior Business Analyst at Deutsche Bank. Sandeep obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics from the University of Leicester, where studies were completed between September 2005 and June 2009.
