While at First Niagara Bank, Mark played a pivotal role in transforming the consumer businesses within the organization, managing significant growth from $9 billion to $38 billion in assets. Mark's career began at National City Bank, where leadership spanned over two decades, culminating in the role of Executive Vice President, Branch Network Executive, overseeing 200 branches. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.
