John Clephan

John Clephan has extensive experience in project development and leadership within the housing sector. Currently serving as Project Development at Citu since April 2020, John previously held the role of Director at Sheffield Housing Company Limited from July 2016 to April 2020. Prior to this, John was the Sheffield Housing Company Programme Director at Sheffield City Council, overseeing contracts and partnership efforts with Sheffield Housing Company from April 2009 to July 2016. Additionally, John directed regeneration programmes in Sheffield neighbourhoods during this time. John holds a BSc Hons in Biology from Derby University, obtained between 1993 and 1996.
