Lorita Henry

Lorita Henry serves as an Organizational Development specialist focusing on Performance Management and Succession Planning at CPS Energy since April 2024. Prior to this role, Lorita Henry had a distinguished career in the United States Air Force from February 2002 to May 2024, holding various managerial positions including Manager of Mission Support Career Airman Assignments and Superintendent roles in multiple areas such as Separations, Career Development, and Force Management. Additional responsibilities included planning and executing personnel readiness for deployments and overseeing customer service in military assignments.
