Justin Lei

Justin Lei has over 16 years of IT support experience, currently serving as an IT Operations Support Admin II at the City and County of San Francisco since March 2017. Previously, Justin held the position of Support Services Lead at Sephora USA, INC from September 2007 to March 2017, where responsibilities included providing 2nd level IT support to employees across multiple locations, managing incident queues, and participating in project work and change meetings. Justin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from San José State University between 2000 and 2006.
