Becki Lavender

Becki Lavender currently serves as a Development Manager at City & Guilds since December 2022 and is also the owner of Delightful Dogs, a dog grooming business established in June 2022. Prior experience includes roles as FE Curriculum Lead at Sparsholt College Hampshire from June 2020 to December 2022, Chief Examiner for Dog Grooming at City and Guilds from November 2017 to December 2022, and Animal Care and Welfare Lecturer at Kingston Maurward College from September 2014 to June 2020, where instruction focused on students aged 16-18 in levels 1-3. Prior work experience includes a Shift Leader position at JD Wetherspoon and roles as a Student Ambassador for Marketing at Hartpury College. Early career experience includes working as an Outbound Call Centre Advisor at Gallagher Bassett Services, Inc. Becki holds a BSc (Hons) in Bioveterinary Science from the University of the West of England, obtained in 2014, and completed secondary education at Bournemouth School for Girls.
