Ben Graham

Ben Graham serves as the Director of Program Management at the City of Atlanta Department of Watershed Management since June 2019, where responsibilities include managing operational and capital project tasks while coordinating enterprise risk initiatives under the guidance of the Deputy Chief Information Officer. Concurrently, Ben holds the position of Deputy Chief Information Officer for Public Safety & Justice, establishing technology strategies aligned with the city's objectives. With extensive experience in technology management, including roles as Director of Infrastructure & PSJ Program Management at Bentra Communications and Executive Program Manager for Technology at the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority, Ben has demonstrated expertise in strategic IT initiatives, team building, and operational excellence. Educational credentials include an MBA, an MA in Organizational Leadership, and a BS in Business Administration from Shorter University.
