Steven Haley

Steven Haley is an experienced human resources professional with over 15 years of leadership in various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for the City of Bowie, Maryland since January 2010, Steven has previously held roles as Human Resources Manager for CH2M HILL OMI/City of Sandy Springs, Georgia, and as Director of Human Resources at The Family Center, Inc. Other experience includes serving as a Human Resources and Management Consultant at City Accountants and Tax Associates and management positions with the City of Atlanta. Steven holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Norfolk State University, a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Kennesaw State University, and a PHR credential from the Society for Human Resource Management.
