Natalie Williams has a strong and varied work experience background. Natalie started their career as a Learning Support Assistant at Southgate School in 2007. Following that, they worked as a Senior Leadership Team Assistant at East Barnet School from 2008 to 2010. In 2010, they joined The City Academy, Hackney as a PA to the Principal, where they stayed until 2017. Since 2017, Natalie has been a part of the City of London Academies Trust, initially serving as an Executive and Communications Assistant to the CEO, and currently holding the position of Head of Executive Office.
Natalie Williams earned their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology from Thames Valley University between 2004 and 2007. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including a Child Protection Refresher in 2023, Keeping Children Safe in Education in 2023, Safer Recruitment in Education in 2023, Level 3 Certificate in HR Practice, and P1: Introduction to Proofreading.
