David Huynh

David Huynh, P.Eng., PMP, is an accomplished Senior Infrastructure Project Engineer at the City of Markham, with a robust background in development engineering and project management. David has previously held positions as an Infrastructure Project Engineer and Development Engineering Assistant, contributing to various international projects including the World Bank Sanitary Rehabilitation Project and the AusAID Mekong Delta Sanitary Project, where David served as Project Engineer and Water Supply Planning Engineer, respectively. Additional experience includes roles as Site Resident Engineer for an ODA-funded Water Treatment Plant Construction and Hydraulic and Design Engineer for the Danish Sanitary Development Project. David holds a Master of Engineering Science in Mechanics of Construction from the University of Liège and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Polytechnic University of Ho Chi Minh City.
