Chelsea Reed possesses extensive experience in communications and operations within various departments of the City of Philadelphia, currently serving as the Deputy Director of Communications and Operations since May 2020. Previous roles include Associate Director of Communications, Press & Digital Assistant, and Communications Manager across several city offices, including the Office of Workforce Development and Office of Adult Education. Chelsea Reed began a career in communications with positions at The Mayor's Commission on Literacy, Second Street Ventures, and multiple internships in public affairs and marketing. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Strategic Communication with a minor in Business and Public Relations from Temple University, complemented by a high school diploma from Millennium High School.
