Rae Dooling

Rae Dooling currently serves as a Business Relationship Manager for Enterprise Business Strategy at the City of San Antonio since March 2018. Previously, Rae worked as the Director of Marketing at Capson Physicians Insurance Company, leading marketing strategy development and the creation of a partner portal. Rae's experience includes serving as Associate Director for Digital Marketing Strategy & Solutions at AIG Life & Retirement, where digital strategies were established to support various sales channels. As a Senior Digital Marketing & Solutions Manager at USAA, Rae successfully led digital campaigns that surpassed performance goals. Rae also held the position of Vice President at Bank of America, managing strategic marketing efforts that significantly increased consumer deposits through affinity partnerships. Rae holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Sciences from the University of Utah.
