Barrett Froc, P. Eng. CAMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management within the water treatment and stormwater sectors at the City of Saskatoon since July 2014. As a Sr. Project Management Engineer, Barrett oversees the management of the Water Treatment Plant portfolio, including a small technical team, project risk assessments, and operations research. Previous roles at the City of Saskatoon included Infrastructure Engineer (Stormwater) and Operations Engineer, focusing on utility business support, operational project management, and asset management. Prior to this, Barrett worked at Allnorth Consultants Limited as Survey Group Lead and Civil Engineer in Training, and began a career in field surveying as Survey Crew Chief at the City of Saskatoon. Barrett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan.
