John Licci

John Licci is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in data center operations and infrastructure management. Currently serving as the Director of Data Center Operations at the City University of New York since January 2012, John Licci oversees the design and management of a 15,000 sq. foot data center and directs a team of 21 staff members in supporting central enterprise applications. Prior to CUNY, John Licci held multiple vice president positions at Goldman Sachs from 1998 to 2011, where responsibilities included project management, hardware engineering, and storage engineering, leading teams and managing substantial budgets. John Licci earned a Master’s Degree in Management and Leadership from CUNY School of Professional Studies and a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies from St. John's University.
