Jorge F Alguera

Jorge F Alguera is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Deputy Director at The City University of New York since February 2019. Previously, Jorge held positions as a Student Attorney at MAIN STREET LEGAL SERVICES INC, where responsibilities included assisting asylum-seeking immigrants with pro se asylum applications from August 2023 to December 2023. From August 2015 to January 2019, Jorge worked at Queens College as a Project Director and Academic Advisor. Jorge holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the City University of New York School of Law, a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Latin American and Latino Studies from Queens College, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) in Marketing from Nassau Community College.
