Karel Willems

Karel Willems is an experienced professional with a diverse background in public lighting management and business development. Since December 2016, Karel has served as a Pensionado at Pensioen and has held various roles at CityTec B.V. since January 1995, including Account Manager and Manager Business Development, focusing on public lighting in the Rotterdam area. Karel has also been a board member of RU Rotterdam Unlimited since January 2013 and has led the Summer Carnival organization as Chair since January 1983. Additionally, Karel has experience in teaching ICT applications to elderly and disabled individuals at Deelgemeente Feijenoord from 1983 to 2010. Karel's previous positions include managing public lighting and cable TV services at EWN and ENECO Energie, as well as responsibilities at GEB.
