Aviva Rosman

Aviva Rosman is a Group Product Manager of Data Products at Civitech since April 2025, bringing extensive experience in civic engagement and public policy. Previously, Aviva co-founded and served as COO of BallotReady from January 2015 to May 2025, where the mission focused on promoting transparency and empowering individuals in democratic processes. Earlier roles include Policy Analyst at Stand for Children, Summer Associate at Deloitte, Graduate Fellow at Education Pioneers, and Special Education Department Lead at Golder College Prep. Aviva also contributed as Managing Editor for the Illinois State Charter School Commission's Biennial Report and worked as GOTV Assistant Director for the Dan Seals For Congress Campaign. Educational qualifications include a B.A. in Public Policy from the University of Chicago and a Master's Degree from the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago.
