Senior UX Product Designer

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Own product design and the entire UX process at Encore
• Design beautiful, simple, innovative, and intuitive experiences and flows
• Report to the Head of Product and work closely with leadership across Design and Engineering
• Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the design and executive teams
• Be a leader - as a senior member of the design team you will be expected to be able to take initiative to work independently, stay focused on hitting deadlines, and be an excellent communicator
• Identify the needs of Encore Artists and fans and improve on existing features
• Help a tight knit team define the short and long-term roadmap for your product area(s)
• Regularly give and receive feedback on designs and strategic product decisions

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A design lead with a minimum 5+ years of experience with end-to-end product design
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud Apps, and other tools for generating wireframes, designs, prototypes and specifications
• Desire and ability to create the best digital design in the industry
• Demonstrated history for leading the design of complex, large-scale tools that are simple, elegant, and beautiful
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. You’ll be expected to clearly communicate design decisions to leadership, engineers and to the rest of the team
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to think at a high level about product strategy
• Strong visual design skills and passion for interaction design
• A creative thinker who has lots of ideas and sees solutions when most would not
• Self-motivated passionate attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous work environment
