Currently serving as the Head of HR and Administration at CLARITY since December 2020, Nelly has previously held significant roles including Head of Human Resources Operations at Acando Latvia from February 2017 to December 2020, and HR Manager positions at multiple organizations such as X INFOTECH, Tarento Latvia, E-Global Trade & Finance Group, Waymark Management, Casting360, International Travel Network, and IQ Labs Inc. Nelly's educational background includes an exchange degree in International Management from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce Extérieur in Paris, and a Bachelor’s degree in European Business Studies from Riga International School of Economics and Business Administration.
