Jessica Kunz

Jessica Kunz is an experienced food scientist currently serving as a Process Food Scientist at Clasen Quality Chocolate since June 2022. Prior roles include R&D Scientist at Andes Candies Inc. from October 2019 to June 2022 and Applications Scientist at Tate & Lyle from April 2014 to October 2019, where responsibilities involved assisting in various scientific projects and maintaining laboratory environments. Earlier experience includes a Lab Technician position at Givaudan and a managerial role at Wilsons Leather, as well as sales associate positions at Justice Tween Brands Inc. and Walmart. Jessica Kunz holds a Master’s degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Roosevelt University, and an Associate of Science in Biology from McHenry County College.
