Esther Morales is an experienced leader in workforce development and policy engagement within the clean energy and climate sectors. As the Executive Director of the Clean Energy Leadership Institute since January 2021, Esther has directed communications strategies and fostered workforce growth across various disciplines. Previous roles include Deputy Director at CalOSBA, where Esther managed stakeholder engagement and policy processes, and Executive Director at the National Women's Business Council, providing advisory support to federal leadership. Esther's extensive government experience includes positions at the Environmental Protection Agency, the White House Office of the First Lady, and the US Department of Energy, where expertise in intergovernmental relations and public policy was demonstrated. Esther holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from Princeton University.
