Rachael Caravone is an experienced operations coordinator at Clean Water Services since December 2018, with a strong background in project management and environmental analysis. Previous roles include serving as a student research assistant at the University of Oregon, where Rachael developed a 20-year parking demand model, and an intern at the City of Eugene, where Rachael contributed to the Responsible Events Internship Program. Rachael has also held positions at Money Metals Exchange as a program coordinator, Banfield Pet Hospital as a client service coordinator, and Ride for Joy Therapeutic Riding Program as a business manager, demonstrating exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. Prior experience includes project management at Huber Engineering Company and technical roles at IT Corporation. Rachael holds an MBA in Sustainable Business Management from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science from Rocky Mountain College.
