Erik Hansen has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Erik started their career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Lazard, where they worked from June 2014 to June 2016. Erik then joined Thoma Bravo as an Associate, Software Private Equity, from July 2016 to July 2018. Afterward, they became a Vice President at Clearlake Capital Group in August 2018. From there, they served on the board of directors for several companies, including Brightly, Zywave, Cornerstone OnDemand, and Kofax. Their latest board position was at Kofax, which they joined in July 2022.
Erik Hansen attended The Taft School from 2008 to 2009, but did not obtain a degree or pursue a specific field of study during that time. Erik then went on to study at Amherst College from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
