Lars Janssen has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Lars started their career at Continental in 2012 as an intern in project management and controlling. In 2013, they worked as a sales intern at Chengdu Gaea Trading Co., Ltd. In 2014, Lars joined Constantine Advisors as a sales intern for a brief period before moving on to Clearstream. At Clearstream, Lars held multiple positions including AVP in the Treasury Front Office, Vice President and Expert in the Treasury Front Office, Head of Trading in the Treasury Front Office, and currently serves as the Head of Liquidity Solutions in Product Management.
Lars Janssen completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Management from the International School of Management in 2014. In 2013, they attended Dublin Business School for International Management. Lars obtained the Eurex Trader Certificate from Deutsche Börse Academy in 2017, as well as the ACI Diploma and ACI Dealing Certificate from ACI The Financial Markets Association in 2017 and 2015, respectively.
