Jason Hurdich

Senior Lecturer, American Sign Language at Clemson University

Jason Hurdich is an accomplished educator and professional in the field of American Sign Language (ASL) and interpretation. Currently serving as a Senior Lecturer at Clemson University since August 2017, Jason focuses on ASL instruction. Previous experience includes positions at the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf, Inc., where Jason held roles as Secretary of the Board of Directors and Interim Secretary, and as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor with the South Carolina Vocational Rehabilitation Department. With a strong background in academia, Jason has taught ASL at various institutions, including Eastern Kentucky University and Valencia College. Jason Hurdich holds a Master of Education in Sign Language Interpretation from the University of North Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Boston University.
