Lynette Turner

Lynette Turner is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HRIS management, employee investigations, compliance, and union relations. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Cleveland Metroparks since June 2021, Lynette oversees various HR functions including budget management and employee incentive programs. Previous roles include Manager of Human Resources Administration, Special Assistant to the Director of Resident Services, and Executive Special Assistant to the COO at the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority, where Lynette focused on recruitment, training, and compliance with safety regulations. Lynette's career began as Office Manager at the Magic Johnson/Bridgescape Learning Center and Chief Secretary at Cleveland Metropolitan School District.
