Michael Elgarten is the current Chief Strategy Officer at Clever Devices. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director at RBC Capital Markets from May 2010 to September 2011 and was responsible for all facets of corporate equity derivative marketing and sales including structured stock buyback transactions, single stock hedges, and convertible bond hedges. From February 2009 to October 2010, they were the managing director at Golden Seeds Ventures where they helped to organize the fund and raise capital. Michael has also served as an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley from January 2007 to December 2008.
Michael Elgarten is a graduate of Lafayette College with a BA in Economics & Business and NYU Stern School of Business with an MBA in Finance. Prior to their collegiate studies, they attended Randolph High School.
Their manager is Frank Ingrassia, CEO. They work with Dean Soucy - SVP, Engineering, Julie Friedlander - General Counsel, and Monica Malhotra - Executive Vice President.
