Mitchell Hall has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and project management. Mitchell started their career at Metro Information Services as a Senior Programmer, where they gained experience in designing and implementing various applications. Mitchell then joined VHDA as a contractor, where they implemented Visual Basic and SQL server applications before becoming a Project Manager and leading web development activities using ASP.Net.

After that, Hall worked at David Lerner Associates, Inc. as a Development Lead and quickly progressed to the position of Manager of Software Development. During their time there, they played a crucial role in migrating the company from an AS400 environment to a .Net and SQL server shop.

Following their tenure at David Lerner Associates, Inc., Hall joined Microsoft as a Senior Program Manager. Mitchell researched feature sets, collaborated with other program managers, and acted as a product owner, providing project management throughout the development process within Microsoft's Office 365 group.
