Sharon Jackson

Sharon Jackson is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in technology management and product development. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Payroc since August 2022, Sharon previously held senior management roles at Flexera and Alert Logic, where skills in strategic oversight and team leadership were demonstrated. As Vice President of Engineering at Pace, responsibility for Pace Titanium (CAS and DRM) was undertaken, showcasing expertise in product engineering. Earlier career experiences include a Development Manager position at Latens Systems Ltd and a Software Engineer role at Kainos. Sharon holds an MEng (Hons) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Queen's University Belfast, earned between 1995 and 2000.
