As the Founder and President of NOVOFORMIX LLC from June 2020 to July 2022, Mark built effective R&D processes and operating models. Mark's previous tenure at Johnson & Johnson from 2000 to 2020 included roles such as Enterprise R&D Outsourcing Leader, where significant cost improvements and strategic implementation of regulatory services were achieved. Mark's early career featured positions in business development and clinical research, complemented by a C.P.M. certification from the Institute for Supply Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from La Salle University.
