Scott Shipp is a seasoned instructional designer and manager with extensive experience in developing training programs across various industries. Currently serving as Sr. Instructional Designer / Manager at Clopay Corporation since August 2022, Scott oversees leadership, compliance, and safety training initiatives and is instrumental in launching the company's first Learning Management System, ClopayED. Prior roles include Instructional Design Manager at Chewy, where Scott designed training for pharmacy technicians, and Instructional Design Manager at Amazon, where responsibilities included creating customer service training for product launches in the Americas and Europe. Earlier experience includes instructional roles at Fifth Third Bank, Time Warner Cable, and Insight Communications, where Scott led training development for large teams and improved customer service effectiveness.
