Richard Baker

Richard Baker currently serves as the Director of Platform Engineering at Cloud Range, having taken on this role in February 2024. With extensive experience in information security and engineering, Richard has also worked as an independent security consultant since June 2006 and held various notable positions including Mission Systems Architect at Space Development Agency and Chief DevSecOps Architect at the United States Air Force. Previous roles also include leadership positions at Stealth Startup and TUNEGO, as well as significant engineering and security roles at SBOX (now Gemini), BiJoTi, AppDynamics, and Tagged. Richard holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Leisure Science from Abide University and completed secondary education at Washington Union High School from 1995 to 1999.
