Todd Stayin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and network management across various industries. Currently serving as the Customer Success Operations Director at CloudBees since May 2019, Todd specializes in enhancing Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and Net Dollar Retention while leading teams and optimizing operational processes. Previously, Todd held the position of Director of Customer Delivery & Success at Mapcom Systems, where leadership of a 55-member team ensured the on-time and under-budget delivery of software solutions.
