Christopher Sonsteng, ARM, has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as District Manager at CloudTen Residential since February 2023, having previously held roles such as Senior Community Manager and Community Manager within the same company. Prior to CloudTen Residential, Christopher worked at Avenue5 Residential as a Senior Property Manager and held the Director of Property Management position at Romano Capital, Inc. Other roles include Regional Property Manager at both Cushman & Wakefield and Pinnacle Property Management Services, Community Manager at Templeton, and interim Property Manager at Vancouver Housing Authority. Christopher's career also includes positions at Cascade Management, Inc. as Regional Portfolio Manager/Compliance Manager, and Bluestone & Hockley Real Estate Services as Residential Portfolio Manager. Christopher earned an Accredited Residential Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management in 2010 and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religious Studies from the University of Oregon, completed in 1998.
