Simone Booy

Simone Booy is currently the Head of Payroll at The Open University, a position held since March 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Payroll Manager at Reliance Worldwide Corporation - UK from September 2022 to March 2023, and Payroll Consultant at Forterra PLC from April 2022 to September 2022. Simone has also served as Payroll Manager at GXO Logistics, Inc. and as Pay Lead for The Church of England's People & Data programme, where responsibilities included implementing Oracle HCM. Further experience includes being Senior Payroll Manager at ID Medical, Head of Payroll at Mencap, and various payroll roles at Adecco Group, NHBC, and Volvo Group. Simone holds a Diploma in IPP from Reading University, a Master's in IPP from Derby University, and a Prince 2 certification from APMG.
