Cloze
Alex Coté has extensive experience in marketing and leadership roles. They started their career as a Marketing Manager at Programart from 1996 to 1999. They then joined Compuware as a Launch Manager from 1999 to 2000.
In 2000, Coté moved to eCredit, where they held two positions. First, as a Product Marketing Manager from November 2000 to June 2004, where they established and led the firm's customer community and global user group. Secondly, as the Director of Marketing from July 2004 to November 2007, where they managed corporate marketing and public relations efforts, as well as the customer community, sales support, event marketing, and competitive analysis.
In 2007, Coté joined Cortera as the Vice President of Marketing. Their responsibilities included managing public relations strategies, customer community, corporate and partner marketing. They led the rebranding of the company and introduced it to existing and new product lines. They remained in this role until October 2011.
After leaving Cortera, Coté became the Chief Marketing Officer at Iontera, Inc. from October 2011 to April 2012.
In 2012, Coté founded Cloze, where they currently hold the position of Founder and Chief Marketing Officer.
Alex Coté completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross in the years 1992 to 1996. Later, from 1999 to 2002, they pursued their Masters of Business Administration degree from the Boston College Carroll School of Management.
