Clúid Housing
Aisling O Gara currently serves as the Head of People Experience at Clúid, a position held since January 2023. Previously, Aisling worked at Arthritis Ireland in a fundraising role from February 2021 to August 2022. Prior experience includes serving as the Employee Communications Manager at Proximity Designs, a social enterprise focused on improving agriculture in Myanmar, where Aisling implemented employee-centered communication strategies. Additionally, Aisling held the position of Account Director - Employer Branding at Atomic DNA, contributing to the agency's service strategy. Earlier roles include Account Manager at Atomic, Attendee Experience at Web Summit, and Owner/Producer at We Are Digital Creatures. Aisling holds a Master of Arts in Public Advocacy and Activism from the University of Galway, a Bachelor of Science in Digital Design and Innovation from Technological University Dublin, a Higher Diploma in Film Production from Pulse College, and a Bachelor's degree from University College Cork.

Clúid Housing (Clúid) is a not-for-profit organisation. Our vision is a society where everyone has a great place to live. Clúid achieves this through its mission to provide quality housing and services that enable residents to create homes and thriving communities. Clúid has over 300 staff to ensure that it has the capacity to meet this mission.
