Eugene Graske

Eugene Graske currently serves as the Head of Customer Care for Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic at CMA CGM, overseeing over 200 employees and implementing customer care strategies to enhance satisfaction. Previous positions include Vertical Lead and Senior Manager of Customer Service at Hapag-Lloyd AG, where Eugene focused on serving non-vessel operating customers and leading import service departments. Eugene also held roles at A.P. Moller - Maersk, managing customer success teams and optimizing customer experiences across various sectors. Earlier experience includes management positions in marine, subsea, and offshore sectors, alongside internships and part-time roles in healthcare and service industries. Eugene holds a Master's degree in International Healthcare Management and a Bachelor's in Biomedical Sciences from McGill University, as well as certifications in sports and exercise nutrition.
