Tania Chan

Tania Chan currently serves as the Head of Human Resources for Asia at CMB International, a role held since September 2021, and previously held positions as Executive Director (ED) and Deputy Head of Human Resources in the same region. Before joining CMB International, Tania worked at J.P. Morgan from January 2011 to September 2021, where Tania was the ED and Head of Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB) & Asset and Wealth Management (AWM) Front Office Recruiting for Asia Pacific. Tania's career began in the executive search and headhunting industry, where Tania worked as a recruiter and headhunter from January 2004 to January 2010. Tania holds a degree in Psychology and Education from the University of California, Berkeley.
